Grilled Talapia a la Veracruzana Con Cameron
Tilapia topped with a light tomato wine sauce with capers, olives, and green onions. Served with three sauteed shrimp and cilantro rice.

Skirt Steak Saltado
To mix it up we would like to share with you this traditional Peruvian dish with a touch of Mexico. Tender strips of marinated skirt steak sauteed with onions, tomatoes and jalapeños (our Mexican touch). Served over roasted garlic potatoes, a side of white rice, and frijoles borrachos

Pechuga Rellena
Baked chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms, spinach and cheese. Served with cauliflower puree, frijoles borrachos and a poblano cream sauce.

8 oz. Angus beef tenderloin steak marinated in fruit juices and cilantro with a baked chicken enchilada topped with a roasted chipotle-tomato sauce, with rice, a nopales salad, guacamole and frijoles borrachos.
